Assistant Director of Finance & Human Resources
Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Finance & Human Resources supports the financial and human resources operations of Mountain Lake, a full-service mountain resort and hospitality destination. This leadership position assists in maintaining accurate financial reporting, payroll administration, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and associate engagement while supporting the resort’s operational and guest service goals.
The position works closely with department leaders to ensure efficient financial practices, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience from recruitment through retention. The Assistant Director serves as a key support role to the Director of Finance & Human Resources and may assist with day-to-day operational leadership across accounting and HR functions.
Accounting Manager
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the financial operations of Mountain Lake Lodge and affiliated entities through accurate accounting, reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and financial analysis. This position assists with the preparation of financial statements, monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, payroll review, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and compliance functions.
The Accounting Manager serves as a key member of the Finance & Human Resources team and works closely with department leaders throughout the resort to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies and procedures.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment.
Resort Room and Cabin Housekeeping Attendant
Position Summary
We are looking for experienced housekeepers to ensure guests have a clean and comfortable place to rest while on vacation. This is a full-time job 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and making beds.

Revenue Manager
Position Summary
The Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation functions and executing revenue optimization strategies for Mountain Lake. This role drives occupancy, ADR, and total resort revenue through effective yield management, pricing strategy, and channel distribution.
This position works closely with all departments including but not limited to Front Office and Sales to align inventory, group strategy, and guest demand, supporting the overall financial success as well as Food & Beverage, Retail, Spa and Recreation to increase the overall guest experience of the resort.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Management:
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
• Monitor booking pace, market demand, and competitor positioning
• Adjust rates and inventory dynamically based on demand patterns
• Produce weekly and monthly forecasts and analyze trends
Reservations Oversight:
• Oversee reservation operations for accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor daily pick-up, cancellations, and modifications

Distribution & Channel Management:

Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
Mountain Lake Lodge is seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the Lodge, guest rooms, cabins/cottages, grounds, and equipment.
OVERVIEW
Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Mountain Lake Lodge. They conduct maintenance and repairs such as:
• General Maintenance on Lodging Buildings – i.e., HVAC, Electrical, Drywall, Carpentry, Plumbing,
• HVAC Equipment PMs and Repairs
• Electrical Equipment and Utility Systems Wiring PMs and Repairs
• Upkeep of property grounds, roads, landscaping, and infrastructures
• Snow and ice removal
• Firewood collection and distribution, start fires as needed.
• General maintenance and PMs on infrastructure, facilities, and grounds
• Pool and Hot tub maintenance
JOB DUTIES
• Courteous and timely responses to guest and resort staff requests for maintenance assistance.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities, Equipment, and grounds.
• HVAC: PMs, Filter changes, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Electrical and Equipment: Installations, PMs, Troubleshooting, and repair.
• Deck repairs and replacements.
• Interior and Exterior painting, both hand and spray applications
• Operate and maintain resort vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain resort pools and hot tubs, test chemical levels, and adjust appropriately, where applicable.

• Ensure Lodge is presentable and always inviting, and that it adheres to Lodge's curb appeal standards.
• Ensure trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets daily. Empty common area trash containers as needed.
• Inspect playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure all resort streets and public access routes are free of hazards.
• Complete checklists of the physical condition of resort sites prior to and after guest occupancy as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Maintenance Technician, you must be diligent, dependable, trustworthy, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to maintain a proactive and industrious work ethic and complete assigned tasks (both supervised and unsupervised) with quality and timeliness. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Technical schools and/or training, preferred.
• Previous experience/training in HVAC and Electrical, preferred.
